ship names

i think it would be neat if every ship 5th rate or better, had a randomly generated name. this seems like it would be a simple addition and would personalize your ship.. in the unlikely event that your ship was captured, then re-captured, it would be pretty neat. random generation would be better than people naming their own ships so you wouldnt get people choosing names like "pussy destroyer".
