New ship stuck in port

I bought a Surprise in La Habana for 79000 Gold, it took the gold and i have the ship in port, but i cant click it, cant sail it, cant do anything with it, lost the Gold and 1 ship slot there.

 

I relog the game, try teleport and trade.. but if i trade the ship someone other he cant do nothing with it, too. Then i bought a Suprise again... and... the same problem now i lost ~150k Gold and 2 ships slots in La Habana.

Ship: 2x Surprise

BTW ive done F11 report.
