Lost 1000 compass wood

So I bought 1000 compass wood and when I went to put my 1000 compass wood with the 138 I already had in my hold, something happened and my 1000 compass wood disappeared.  It didn't merge with the 138.  So I went back to the shop and it said that I owned 1138 compass wood although I only had 138 in my hold and the warehouse was empty.  I sent 2 bug reports, both showing a picture of my hold and one showing the resource shop.  I then left port to see if my compass wood would show up and they didn't.  I went back into port and still no compass wood.  The shop also showed that I only own 138 CW.  Losing 1000 compass wood is a lot of money lost and I'm basically broke now.  Can you please look into this? 

 

Again all I did was try to merge my compass wood together.
