Notations in Name for Crafters.

Would be nice if crafters had their rank showing too. If you see a level 50 crafter you could PM for some contract work on upgrades.

The idea is good, though the rank would have to be updated when the crafter rises. If the ship was crafted within your nation, you can simply search for the crafters name and contact him. At least you know he is able to build a ship like the one you have.
