Enhanced Port Space - Graving Docks

Would be nice if you could buy a port upgrade like warehouse upgrade to have more than 5 ships.  You can call it enhanced port berthing and possibly even have to pay rent for more than one.  That is to keep the ship at a government berth you pay 300 gold per week or so. 

 

Also park your ship in a Graving dock for a period similar to crafting hours to place upgrades on the ship, ship repairs and possibly even add enhancements.

+ to even dock larger ships, you may have to upgrade the port with a mooring fixture or something.
