Devs:  if you do want to allow this then we can make a clan for each nation that people can join so you only have 6 clans to do updates to for active players.......the sooner we get an answer the more coverage you get pre patch that they have a 1 OFF chance to move....anything in free ports goes with them,  any clan warehouse is their natiosn ports eill have to be moved to indamen in freeports etc but the actuall changing of nation on their account with be adjusted the same as the clan tag itself coming across

Pirates are NATION right now, a NATION with a Pirate flag. They have NO extra abilities to play as "real" pirates. After this patch they will still be a NATION but WITHOUT nation privileges (alliances) - clear ?

 

Remember that the ability to attack anyone will now become pirate-exclusive.

 

Seeing as nationals in opposition to the national diplomacy can't do much themselves, there's plenty of avenues for pirates to be hired to stir up trouble - same goes for pirate port attacks without prior voting warning about it, being able to screen for anyone e.t.c.

Why should pirates get special disposition to nation change? It was easy to go pirate, accept that you have to nation change like everyone else does.

 

Maybe because they are going to completely change the rules for Pirates but not for anyone else? But hey I think everyone should be allowed to just change nations say no more then 1 time every 30-45 days... You keep your name your stuff everything as long as it is in a Free town  and everything you have in the capital is just moved to your new capital.... But then that is me...
