Interesting. How can I make such an account?

 

You run second account of Steam on another computer or two instances of Steam on the same computer. Buy two game accounts. Voila

 

 

 

2 copies of a game just to cast a vote... hmmm....no

So we can vote for Allies... and vote for War....

 

What happens with all the other factions?

 

E.g. Denmark goes to war with Sweden, and allies with Spain.

 

What standing will Danish captains have with England, US, Verengide and the other they are NOT specifically at War with?
