Hornblower V Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 I know its a careful balance but right now it seems that those of us that don't have countless hours to invest are having a hard time. Paying for crew replacement is what tipped the scale for me. Just some feedback to however is listening. As the Veterans get better and better and higher ranks the balance will be harder to strike IMHO. Hornblower V
Anolytic Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 It may help you to sail smaller ships, change tactics or perks. And craft medical kits. Once I figured out the crew management changes I found that it didn't affect my sailing that much except that I had to go back to port a little bit more often. Even when I didn't have as much time to play. 1
Jerome Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Sail small ships until you are ready. Please don't ask for mechanics to make up for player's lack of skill.
Hornblower V Posted July 31, 2016 Author Posted July 31, 2016 Makes sense, but the good mods are cool mil. That's pretty steep.
Vernon Merrill Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Mods dont make that big of a difference... At least they SHOULDNT... 2
squedage Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 i can do boarding with all blue mods and as long as i make my own medkits or get them for cheap i can make a good profit. Only time the gold mods are really needed is if you are soloing a RA fleet. Then you need the golds to 2-3 shot ships and move on to the next 1 in boarding. Its all about what mods you use when boarding
