Chat screen is outside reach in OW.. not in port..

My chat screen is all over my screen and cant change it.. i only can move it left right.. cant see the top.. its outside my screen.. when i enter port its ok.. when going outside its out of reach and cant do anything.. i relogged game i restarted steam... i changed resolution alt tabbed.. tried all what can i do..?

have you tried going to fullscreen and then making the chat smaller?

Have you tried to make it smaller in the port window (as I understood you can see the top of chat window in the port window, right?)
