Suggestion about navigation instrument (with example)

Hi captains!

I've made a picture with a suggestion for implements in the game, navigation instruments like protactor and ruler, and could be look like this

 

 

What do you think? This would help all players to build better their route

basic yet gets the job done now this is implying everyone can keep a stright path haha constantly find myself making minor adjustments

Now that we have co-ordinates. Navigation tools are fairly pointless unfortunately.

I have mixed feelings about this, its certainly a great idea. But with the current implementation of the coordinates... tools are essentially useless. I hope they make changes so that navigation is actually a challenge once again and rewarded.

I don't think. Yes, you have the coordinates, but would a great implement, for all players that want to make a long travel around the seas. Of course you can to be oriented without those instruments, but it's an help, not an essential

I would like to see such tools to draw my route to the map.

And more important: I want this drawing to SHARE WITH MY GROUP MEMBERS to coordinate routes and meeting points
