snakemac Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 I suggest that Labor Contracts become craftable. This would be a simple way for non-crafters to sell their labor hours rather than making crafting notes or having to be talked through the crafting process by a crafter to make an exchange. For experience this can be frustrating for both parties, especially if there are language difficulties. Thanks for listening Cheers Snakemac
Destraex Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 or perhaps just the ability to convert your hours into labour contracts. Might flood the market though.
Prater Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Only if labour starts to cost people gold for each labor hour. Work forces don't just materialize out of thin air and not require upkeep.

Dutch Lion Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 I had some thing like this on my mind. Make it crafteble in the following way, in a 2 to 3 ratio and a price (gold/credits) small labour hour contract = 100 crafting hours, need 150 crafting hours to make and 5,000 credits.(or gold from market/mine) medium labour hour contract = 250 crafting hours, need 375 crafting hours to make and 12,500 credits.(or gold from market/mine) large labour hour contract = 500 crafting hours, need 750 crafting hours to make and 25,000 credits.(or gold from market/mine) in this way it will support the in game economy and give the players who are not that much interested in crafting still the change to get some benefits out of it. Kind regards, Dutch Lion 1
