gtibbs1546 Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 Howdy all. It has been a while since I played the game and I have recently came back in the recent weeks. I have noticed that on PVP2 USA it really is only 3 or 4 nations that have all the population. What i was wondering is if i start a new character to maybe see if i can get some other nations going, do I keep my levels? IE. character and crafting levels? If not, Maybe This should be a thing. Instead of multiple accounts and spies limit each license of the game to only 1 account per server. Then much like switching to pirates, one can switch in the world. How? I don't know but perhaps Other nations leaders whether that be AI or actual players can offer rewards for swapping nations. This could lead to better balanced nations on servers. With the development of treaties this could spark multi-nation wars. I just think that this would help with nation balance because as of right now if you want to join a small nation you have no chance and no help against the already established high pop nations. Thoughts?
Skully Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Welcome to the harsh life of Naval Action. Currently (9.92) you can only have 1 character per server. You can recreate a character for another nation, only keeping your level and crafting XP. As for switching in-game, see http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/14574-curing-the-black-plague-bug/
Harley Davidson Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 I was tempted to go French from the US Nation but I have so many assets and the grind has been months to get there. Hopefully there will be a mechanic in. place for that later on.
Harley Davidson Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 (edited) UPDATE: I thought it would be appropriate to start a dialogue with everyone on Small nations and new player encouragement into these nations...
