Maintenance going on?

Hello, its a silly old me again. Today I just tried to log in in Naval Action, but the servers seem to be down for maintenance which I havent heard. Is this for everyone else or just me? I have tried to refresh and start the game again.

and it happens everyday at the same time for 1 hour (or 1 to 2 hours for big patch)
