It took a bit of work to sail to Utila. I did give ample warning to the British though.

I could have planted on the north side of Utila, because there was no British in sight, but I wanted to see the bug for myself.

So I came round without any British interference.

And there we have the bug.

Then the weirdness started, I could go outside and move around.

And finally we all buggered off, or got into a fight on the outskirts of Utila. Brits should have had some free upgrades there.

 

This got me to thinking that maybe "teleport to capital" is similarly affected. But once I've started teleport I can no longer dock. So that might be the correct fix?

 

Then I was thinking beyond the current port battle mechanic, I would like to replace the flag mechanic to do whaleboat troop droppings. http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/14816-update-on-the-port-battle-set-up/?p=276694

 

So I think the tribunal should also take into account any form of ship that is undertaking hostile actions. Not just the current assault flag dropping.
