Surrendering you ship

If you are in a battle it dont cost you anything at the moment to surrender. you keep you officer in full and get back the ship except  one dura.

Enemys dont get assists or kill for the ship.

 

I want a chose keep ship -1 dura or keep officer. This mean that surrender the ship in a battle you will lose 5 dura with mean the hole ship is lost with all upgrades you have. and if a nation try to help to split ships so they all have one dura it is tracked and if the rest 4 duras is in same nation all ships is gone.

Getting a kill or assist is over-rewarded at the moment. The system should reward for all the skill and hard work, not just that one single end-result.
