Treasure?

I found a bottle first day the patch came out. I opened it and it seemed like nothing happened. Didn't even know about the treasure mark on the map yet. Next day I left for a 2 week vacation and haven't played since (miss the game lol). When I get back after 2 weeks will the treasure mark still be on my map? Or does it expire after a while? Thanks

Unsure but I left one marker ( the only wreck I ever went to ) for 3 - 4 days without bothering and it was still there after.

Remember you can have only one shipwreck / treasure open at a time. If you have two, open one and get it before opening the second otherwise you lose the first one and only the second location is available.
