... should regenerate more quickly when sailing on OW (not anchoring, but sailing!), lets say factor 2.0 for example, so that people are forced to sail if they want to finish a certain product today (and only a hand full of hours are missing ...)

go into a cutter, set sail to 20%, set a direction to the other end of the map, use a "makro" or whatever that u won't get disconnect and then go afk for hours. Welcome to afk fishing 2.0.

Why not? Everybody is afk fishing and sailing as well now ... If sometimes discoveries are implemented, they will be exploited too. There is almost no mechanic which you cannot exploit.
