How do I display status-/scoreboard in battle?

Totally a noob question, I'm afraid  , but:

In a battle, how do I toggle the screen that shows who is participating and what their status is? I keep seeing this in the youtube videos, but cannot find the keystroke to activate it.

its the tab button that does it

when in game hit the exc. button and go to controls and it will give you a list of all game functions and the key binding. but as olavdeng2 sais it's the tab key
