Officer Overhaul: A Complete and Thorough Proposal

Very nice.. I would in addition suggest that Officers be based on ship class... Ie... we get a set of them that follow us "within" class... So you can have ones that are your Small ship crews and your frigates and your SoLs...  Just an idea
