Treatment of unpolite players

Hello Dear DEVELOPERS, ADMINS and PLAYERS of the game,

 

which punishment players get if they are acting unpolite like severly chat-insulting or cheating ? Unfortunaltely it happened to me with some player's who won't know the rules of our society.

 

Do they get an e-mail warning to stop that? And do i get a feedback what happened to this player?

 

By the way: Moreover i doubt that it is enough to report him in-game because i don't can prove my insult by jpg file. And in general you must prove your insult's

I guess when you report a player ingame, the chatlog is sent with the report as a proof.

When you report someone ingame (Right clicking their name and select report) the chat is automaticly documented and send with the report.

 

We then get the chatlog and accordingly to the insults/whatever is said that we deem unacceptable, we can decide to enact a chat ban.
