Change to Smuggler Flag

   Other factions should not see you with it on.... It is kind of silly that from a distance you can tell if a sailing ship is breaking the law:).....   You should actually appear in Open world as the same nation as is looking at you... ie your faking it to enter an enemy port so your not flying your national flag while doing it....

Hehe, I just never take if off. It makes no difference to my gameplay.

Rethinking this I would change this to.,.. you show in OW as the Nation you are claiming to be and a fake name . If someone attacks you you would have the choice of fighting as is or showing your true colors... But if you do that you must then return to Capital or Free Port to reset.
