mowque Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 I bought this game in June. Loved it. Tried to load it up today, it won't run. It opens a window but doesn't load. Just crashes. Tried finding the .exe and changing the compatibility to Windows 7. Does not work. Tried Alternative Render. Does not work. Very frustrating because I really enjoyed this game! Any ideas?

Nick Thomadis Posted June 6, 2016 Posted June 6, 2016 Ok, now lets try to erase your saved custom settings because I suspect it has something to do with your monitor resolution. Browse to: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\Ultimate General Gettysburg and erase "Options" file.

Nick Thomadis Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 Hmm, did you make a system upgrade? Windows 10 upgrade for example? Maybe you have to update your video card drivers. Any other games you have that you experience the same issue?
