Yet Another Suggestion

When capturing player trader , it is annoying to capture an exceptional made LGV yet not with the upgrades he had.  So..it makes no point in me putting upgrades on a dura 1 ship ..let alone any temporary upgrades.   All player ships should be captured with intact permanent upgrades.

OR..at least be able to keep some of them. Either by winning player selecting which ones to keep, or by RNGesus deciding.

Multiplying Regular upgrades will break things a bit.

 

But I must agree on the Permanent ones.
