connie gun setup for missions

The title is quite clear.

 

I use a connie for missioning but I'm still unsure about the gun setup (a deck with carronades and one with normal cannonsor two decks with normal cannons).

 

What's the better setup in your opinion?

Quick note:

Latest patch changed everything.

This wensday penetration and armour values will be tuned a little.

Any advice given before wensday might become obsolete after wensday.

Unless they bring back the railgun 5 km 4 pounder sniping meta back tomorrow cannonades for sure, since for PVE you will most likely go against other 4ths/3rds and not low level missions, you will want the increased penetration/damage the carronades will provide.
