Looking for US PvE possibly PvP groups

Hello every one, I am Vax I am new to the world of Naval Action but would love to find myself a new port/home with a group/clan/company.  Some of the things I will be looking for are active groups, PvP and PvE sides of the game, and I am flying for the US.  What i hope to find is a helpful group that is willing to help me learn the ropes of the game and advance to help better on the seas.
