I made a mistake, is it possible to move redeemable's to another server?

I started Naval Action in closed beta and then tried out the open world when it first opened up.  Since then I stopped playing to let the game develop some.  I decided to start playing again and mistakenly jumped into PVE One USA.  I didn't know that I was going to receive redeemable's from my stuff from closed beta and now all my redeemable's are stuck in that server.  I haven't actively done anything in PVE One USA yet.

 

I don't really have any desire to play in a PVE server so I was wondering if it was possible to move my stuff to another server?  I have 250000 gold and the Le Gros Ventre stuck there.  I haven't redeemed them yet.  Is there anyway for my stuff to be transferred to another server?  I would hate to lose all that stuff because I made a mistake somewhere along the line.

I believe the Le Gros and 250k gold redeems were for an issue related to the PvE server not long ago. No other server got them, so it's unlikely you'd get them transferred.

Oh, I didn't know I was on a PVE server before.  Well thanks for the info!  I've been out of the loop for some time now.
