Troubles to get Blueprints

Hi,

 

Since the last update, I'm having trouble to get blueprint on PvP server that I already have on PvE server. Is it because I have a very very very very bad luck ?

 

Last update says : "Known blueprints no longer drop for the crafter"

 

Is blueprint drop calculation shared between PvE and PvP server ?

If you have already learned a certain blueprint, it will no longer drop for you

Yes, I know that, but I'm playing on PvE server and PvP server. Maybe you don't know that Xp and Crafting Xp are shared between servers. But I want to know if you learn a blueprint on PvE server, you can't drop it on the other sevrers.

I have bad luck since last patch too. Before an exceptional ship had a very high chance to drop a BP. Now I crafted 1 Belle Poule and 3 Frigates, all exceptional and no drop at all
