PB and Capitals

I am a rather new player, and the game looks really nice, and cannot really wait what it is going to be when it is actually released.

 

There are probably a lot of things from which I could say something, but the 2 most important ones.  I suppose these would not be even that big things to implement.

 

1. Port Battles, what I have seen in videos, it seems that there is no limits what you can take in the battle?  If you have Santisimas for everyone, then thats it?  I think there should be some limits for types, and probably max BR as well.

 

2. You should definitely not be able to build in capitals, because that cannot be invaded.  The buildings should be in locations that you can lose.  That makes those towns to be important, a reason that you actually want to defend something.  Now everyone is just in the capital.
