Hello, first of all i will say im playing for a month now and  this game a great experience, very nice graphics and very realistic. While playing i caught a idea about a mastery system. We got ranking ups to get better ships and more crew and a crafting level. AI/NPC Gets stronger by each rank if im right. So i tought why not  rankings for gunnery, ammunition, cannons and boarding. I tought about 5 ranks for every spec. Also for ammunition and cannons for the 3 types to be trained as well.

Bonus set each rank.
Gunnery: -0.2% Dispersion Per100M / -0.2% Dispersion Vertical Per100M / -0.3% reload time
Ammuntion: +0.1% damage (Ball / Chain / Grape)
Cannons: -0.2% Dispersion Per100M / -0.2% Dispersion Vertical Per100M (Carronades / Medium / Long)
Boarding: +0.3% Melee Bonus / Firepower Bonus +0.3% / +0.2% Crew - Module Base HP

Ranking for mastery:
1st rank: 15.000 XP
2nd rank: 30.000 Xp
3th rank: 55.000 XP
4th rank: 80.000 XP
5th rank: 100.000 XP

 

Ammunition / Cannons type Mastery:

1st rank: 5.000 XP

2nd rank: 15.000 XP

3th rank: 25.000 XP

4th rank: 35.000 Xp

5th rank: 45.000 Xp

Masterys at rank 5:
Gunnery: -1% Dispersion Per100M / -1% Dispersion Vertical Per100M / -1.5% reload time
Ammunation: +0.5% Damage (Ball / Chain / Grape)
Cannons: -1% Dispersion Per100M / -1% Dispersion Vertical Per100M (Carronades / Medium / Long)
Boarding: +1.5% Melee Bonus / Firepower Bonus +0.5% / +1% Crew - Module Base HP

This might give players a extra challange and Goal to get slightly better. This has Been roughly putted (im bad in math's).
