Port Battle, make group leader

Hi devs and capts,

 

Since in port battles any side can combat with 25 players top, to prevent trolling (I assume i don't need to elaborate  this trolling thing)

 

How about allowing Flag carrier and Lord protector have the ability to kick players on their side for the 5min preparation time?
