Please add the ability to Transfer Lord Protectorship

It has become an issue in the Brits, and I expect in many other factions too, that turnover of the player base has rendered many timers unalterable.  I would like to see a mechanism added to trade lord protectorship to another player in the same faction.  At least then factions may have less in the way of timers they can't change.

again potbs had very good solution for this issue.
Auction system,
For example, once a week players can participate in auction event to buy privilege to be a gubernator of the town. In potbs every player of the nation owning port could buy gubernator status by influence points, but now in NA we can use money.
