Jerome Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 Remove them and let OS PvP be unrestricted. In order to prevent people from hiding in battles, leave the swords up until the battle is open. Sure people can still hide in there, but their battle will be visible. Of course battles can then be camped but that is just player driven PvP and can serve to turn gankers into gankees. Unrestricted PvP was the best part of this game.
xAzDKr Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 There's no final answer to preventing ganking. The possible systems will benefit one play style and punish another. The devs have to choose from the lesser of two weevils and enter a system that benefits the most people possible. Personally, I don't mind the current system because it benefits my small group/lone wolf preferred play style.
