PvE1 server: Is anything HIGHER than a Consitution Sold in shops (NPC)?

Server: PvE1

 

Are there any ships being sold in the NPC shops, anywhere on the map, that are higher than a Constitution? I have not seen 1 yet!

 

To date, the highest I can find:

Constitutions

Trincomalees

Renom's

Bella Poula's

 

And the lessers (class 5 and 6) .... But no where, have I even run across a Class 3, or better, yet! Are they even circulated?

NPC traders sell ships up to a constitution

the rest of the ships must be crafted. Which is totally possible on the pve server.
