Bug: do not sell resources to NPCs at non consuming ports at the moment

Please don’t sell resources to NPCs at non consuming ports. At the moment they buy goods at 50% of the listed price, so this will make you lose money, wait for the hotfix. Sorry for inconvenience it caused.

i can confirm consuming port are also broken, just realised wayyy too late i lost about 500K lol
