Capstan on the 3rd Rate/Bellona

Sorry if many will see this as nitpicking, but I cannot help but noticing the HUGE capstan on the deck of the Bellonas/3rd Rates:

 

 

The holes go as high as the overhead beams, while they should be at shoulder height:

Essex has the huge capstan problem too If you were to put the levers in they would be hitting the gangways of the spar deck.

 

Also cannons seem to a scaled model set to each ship. 18lb long guns on the Essex look like 32lb long guns, they are absolutely massive and would dwarf the gun crews.
