Wilson09 Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 (edited) Maybe, it is easy, if you have arranged a "duel" with a clan mate or friend. Log in, duel, finished. If you don´t have anyone, but want to test a ship in duels, what´s happening? Players: 3 SCREEN Waiting....[balance not found] Problems... 1. I am "stuck", cannot do micromangement in the meantime... 2. Don´t see, if there is a player waiting for a Duel, what SHIP he wants to bring. Nor can I communicate with this guy....Do I need to skip, click on another ship, no balance found again, click all through my ships ? I see the point, it is mainly for "tester", but we are testing as well, right ? Edited April 13, 2016 by Wilson09
Ellis Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 (edited) Ideally we would have a system like old Sea Trials where you could see the player name and ship they're bringing. Why we don't is above my pay-grade . Edit: Of course I would like to see an adjustment to where it doesn't auto-start you and you can plan some duels. Edited April 13, 2016 by Ellis
jodgi Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I bet we'll get stuff later. I'm just happy they threw it in, I've waited since ST closed for this.
Slamz Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I believe it was said that the first pass of this system only matches exact ship models? So a Cerberus can only duel a Cerberus. If there are 15 other ships waiting but none of them are a Cerberus, I don't think you get a match right now.
Wilson09 Posted April 13, 2016 Author Posted April 13, 2016 Exactly what i say. If I want to duell only for the sake of duelling, how do I know what is "in the pot" = waiting list? 1. I need to click through my shipyard to see if I find a match 2. If I want to have my test-ship to "hang on" in the MM-queue, I can go to toilet, but would prefer to do micromangement (selling items, crafting and so on...)
