Bots on EU pvp 3

So where have they gone, I've sailed around for a week (game time) and not seen one ship. Have the devs removed them to force us onto pvp1?

There's also a bit of a problem on PvP 1 (at least from what I've seen).

 

With the current settings you have to sail into your nations neighbour water to find some fleets. But even then you might not find a proper one. There is a lot of small ships sailing around which isn't generating much xp and money for the higher ranked players.

 

Example: Sweden has not that many players but still enough to defend their homewaters every evening. But if you want to get xp you have to sail either far down south into the french area or far west to the danes (and if you sail a Constitution or above you will most likely to be ganked by some danes or french sailors). I remember someone spotted a fleet just outside of Gustavia and after the battle has started 25 players joined it. 25 players against 4 NPCs. Funny, huh?

 

It's hard to balance that because if you were a dev you wouldn't want to let your players rank up as fast as possible. But in its current state its almost impossible to do some "proper grinding".

Captain, thanks for the report. Indeed, some bots were missing on PVP 3 but it must be fixed after maintenance time

Noticed this the other day. Was sailing USA east coast for 40 mins looking for an AI to cap so I could send me ship home. In the end I gave up and had to cap a noob in a basic cutter.
