Jeheil Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 There are lots of ways of making money in naval action without having to 'grind' yourself into oblivion. Here are the four main different ways I have found profitable and fun : 3

KuroNyra Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Is there a TL;DW? That's 40 minutes of video after all.
KrakkenSmacken Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 2:43 1.) Fighting 2.) Trade 3.) Crafting 4.) Prostitution. Seriously. 2
KuroNyra Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 2:43 1.) Fighting 2.) Trade 3.) Crafting 4.) Prostitution. Seriously. I'm not sur about that last one.
KrakkenSmacken Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I'm not sur about that last one. Just quoting what I heard on the vid. Just doing a TLDR service for the community. I pass zero judgments or opinions on the matter.
Chijohnaok Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I'm not sur about that last one. Regarding 4) Prostitition,,,,his terminology (in a sense) is accurate. Prostitution is selling your services for money. In this game, the form of "prostitution' that the OP is referring to is that of selling your crafting/labor hours for money.
Wilson09 Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Yeah, I was laughing as well, when I watched his videos. A bit harsh. In the "modern world" you´d refer to selling labour hours as contracting workers to someone else. Don´t call my workforce "prostitutes"...tsetse... (better: agency worker, contract worker, daywage man, temporary worker). Despite they make money like prostitutes and not like contracted worker... Hm...maybe, he won the debate...prostitutes...
Jeheil Posted April 12, 2016 Author Posted April 12, 2016 Gotta add some spice to the pot.... The other areas where the metaphor works is : Knowing which street corners to ply your trade on, there is no point selling your personal service in some remote area where nobody needs them. Finding regulars you can provide your service to, this gives both a guaranteed income source and saves you touting for business. Exchanging your service for favours (maybe the crafter with a higher level will build something beyond your capability)

Are you on PvP 1? I might re-install the game and switch to British... Real life favours or ingame-favours? if you buy my prostitutes, we might have a deal...
Fluffy Fishy Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Craft prostitution is still prostitution, selling those hours in fishnet stockings can be good money
