Port Battle Guide for Pubbies.

Good morning from sunny Wiltshire UK.  

As we understand it any player can take part in a Port Battle.  

Because of the obvious need for capable ships and Captains this is being restricted to 3rd Rates and above by the more 'experienced' Groups and Clans.

Please can these would be Rule Makers come together have a discussion and then publish a short, (please) Port battle Guide for Casual Players.

My understanding and experience with PB's has only one restriction...basic ship size.  Minimum Cerb for deep port and Max Mercury for shallow port.

We've just watched Jeheil's Guide to Port Battles for Beginners. Great work!  

Now what we did wrong is understandable. Apologies to you all.
