Wouldn't it be a LOT easier for everyone if the simple option of refusing to join a battle on the Open World when you are not either the attacker or the target was implemented ? Seriously... There are so many posts about complains in the forum, i sometimes feel like it's the only thing there is. I am not a developer, i can barely install mods so i am far from familiar with the hard work behind a video game but a Yes / No button in a pop up window sounds kind of child play to me. Cragger Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 As much as I would like to agree with being able not to be pulled into someone else's battle the fact is without this mechanic being able to intercept fleets/squadrons would be all but impossible. Just the guy getting hit would be pulled in as sacrifice and the others would move on. 2
Slamz Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 POTBS worked more like that and it's kind of a mess. I actually prefer this game's system of just dragging everyone in. The only change I really want is to see a flashing "ATTACKING" symbol over the head of anyone that's starting an attack. I don't need to know who they are attacking or need to see the circle, but if I could at least see that an attack is going off, I could know to move away (or towards) them. The only thing I don't like is having a battle drag me in when I had no way to even know one was about to occur. 1

How about a safety for PvE tags ? The World versus World explanation makes total sens. Would it be viable to implement this when it comes to PvE ?
