Chat doesn't work for me Re-Threatd

Can you guys have a look at this connection report and see what's wrong? 

Seems every time i log in after my connection times out Anything related to chat breaks.

Good Morning Balsafer.  This morning we typed 'Good Morning Cap'ns' into the Chat box pressed enter and nothing. We then pressed F11 to report a possible bug and again no result.

There is no report from Captain Seaman Staynes about the chat issue. What is the other character name?

Hello again. When we first logged on after the server was wiped our name was SEAMAN STAINES  (Captain Pugwash) We then changed our name to SEAMAN STAYNES. Could this be the problem?

To clarify, when you say "we" do you mean you are playing both on a single character together? What happens when you click on "send report"? There must have been something like this (in red, NAB-XXXXX):

We being my Grandsons (First mate and Swab) and myself. Post Captain S Staynes.  When we press enter and then write text in the Chat box then press enter. The message should the appear on Chat as i understand it. The Social All nations box is ticked.

Sorry left out info re Send Report.   F11 is then pressed and nothing happens.

Could there be a problem with with something intercepting and blocking?

Captain, while you are in the game, please, Press F11, then this window will appear:

1. Pick Gameplay (or Other),

2. Pick Major,

3. Write something like "Chat does not work" in the Bug name field,

4. Write something about the issue in the description field,

5. Click on "Send report"

By this you will send a bug report with logs to investigate

To clarify, with what "Enter" button are you trying to send a message? The red one or green one?

 It's the other enter button then. We we will give it a go.

Cool. I can recreate the bug by disconnecting my internet. Reconnecting and then logging in as soon as it's connected. 

Don't know what causes that though.
