Achievement/Specialization of Ship building and other related stuff

Well I was thinking and talking today with some people and I was wondering if builders in general can get a sort of system were the more you produce of a certain good or ship that get a discount on labour hours and materials.

The way i see it is for ships you have in the beginning very inexperienced crew, beginner, experienced, veteran and elite for example.

say that the inexperienced crew is getting no bonus and with the beginner you 2% and so on

but that doesn't count for the carriages in shipbuilding but it does for building the carriages it self

Meaning more proeficient use of all the materials versus some spoil when inexperienced. Am I understanding it ?

Perhaps its a small chance of refund but dependent totally on your crafting level.

yes something like that and the more ship you make the more efficient  use of the materials

maybe a combination crafting level and specialization

Should be restricted to a specific ship, though for specialisation purposes.

 

So, making 50 Constitutions will make production 10% more efficient, for example, while other ships you craft do not get the benefit. This would promote ship crafting specialising more.

 

Hugo Republic Shipyards is already providing the finest French ship designs West of Carupano - I would not mind becoming the Renommee masterbuilder in the South...
