Jumping from one nation to another again and again

Hello i want to ask the dev´s you are the only one who see the numbers.

 

Form the outside and reports we get in game that guilds are giving up on there faction to join there enemy´s and so on.

For me the option to hold your rank ( exp) when you delete your old character to join other nation that is effecting the game play on the map to the point of it loses its appeal.

Players keep all the have by having a friend holding there $ mods and ships in free town so the only lose few outpost´s it my be fair but i think it is hurting nations and the over all conquest game play.
