Game hangs while loading the Open World

Hi,

 

The game hangs for me when loading the open world. I connected to the server after the maintenance this morning, I left port to set sail, and the game hung while loading. Now it hangs every time I click "Start"  in the character selection screen. I'm on a 64-bit machine with Windows 10.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated

Rebooting seemed to have fixed the issue. I wonder what was causing it. Thanks anyways

What? Almost sounds like my problem? But my problem refuses to fix itself
