Fishing missions, what should the uniformed know?

What do we need to know about them. I know the devs said it was a mistake that they were added.

Are they only in a certain geographical area

Are they restricted to certain ships, if do what ships?

How long before devs correct this mistake

And any other pertinent info.

Yes because the sailing times are so short, it's easy to just wander around hoping to discover something amongst the endless waves for several hours.

Must be nice to be able to spend 8-12 hours a day on this game. All I did was ask a question.
