Port Battle on PvE Server

Hi,

 

I'm in a clan on PvE server (30 members) and they don't want to move on PvP server. So I'm trying to find solutions to make this server a little bit less boring.

 

The problem is, we have big ships but AI fleets are weak.

 

Exemple : We can make 2 groups with 4 Victory, 3 Bellona, 1 Constitution, 2 Trincomalee Total BR = 6400

Best AI Fleet (very rare) : 4 3rd Rate, 2 Constitution Total BR = 3500

 

Is it possible to make Port Battle on PvE Server with a LOT of ships ? We can pay the flag even if Ports keep their Nations, we just want something to do with our ships.
