slik Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Naval Action promo art. Follow the official facebook page for the newest updates. Pirate town. Wrong turn. 33
akd Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 one just says "naval action promo art" at bottom, no ship name or website address. Also "Her Majesty Ship..." would be more grammatically correct and period appropriate as "His Majesty's Ship..." Would "Naval Action - Captains Wanted" not be a better promo tagline? Beautiful art!!

That's entirely dependent on the particular period in question isn't it? 1
Bart Smith Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Nice piece of art here! Are this copyrighted somehow? Looking for picture nr. 5 i start wondering are Pingu working for Game-Labs?
Charles Caldwell Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Absolutely love the last three authentic watercolours... sterling work graphics dept.
Hyperion74 Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 They look very good. I agree with Adm. Caldwell on the water colors. Those would look good hanging on a wall.
Saintduiex Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Somehow I missed this thread. These are awesome, just keeps cranking up the anticipation for the Carribean sandbox release. I now have these set as my rotating background images. one just says "naval action promo art" at bottom, no ship name or website address. Thast would be the HMS Surprise, no?
Charles Caldwell Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Never judge a book by its cover.... but in this case I hope its as good as the artwork! Credit where credit is due, from one gfx designer to another...excellent work.
Mirones Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 well i think they used the ingame models put them into position as a basic start to begin with. otherwise i cant explain why the ships look exactly liek the ones ingame
Hawke Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 I love the old fashioned looking prints, it's like something out of an old book. Brilliant work.
Saintduiex Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Never judge a book by its cover.... but in this case I hope its as good as the artwork! I am violent agreement. With the attention put to artwork this good the game will be epic!
