We didn't cause one of the largest clans to defect because of our antics.  They caused it themselves starting with their actions and stated plans prior to Black Friday (the stated plan to turn pirate by their highest leader).  And prior to Early Access, Vicious was a pirate.  In Eve he is known a Krall Amarr, A Puppet Master, RMFHorus, A Rose Pedalar, and many others.  His actions in Eve was to infiltrate alliances and get into a position where he can destroy them.  That has been Vicious' goal all along, and his stated gameplay type, along with (in other games, yet claimed not in NA) botting and RMT (real money transfer for in game money).  I have screenshots documenting this and Vicious admits it himself, as well as the username trail between the many games he has played.  In each game, the same gameplay is seen.

 

Yet, despite this, Stars was invited to the American Council and was accepted.
