Is it possible to change the leader of a clan?

Hello captains,

 

My playing time is reduced and I would like to transfer "the creator rights" to another player, is it possible? I can promote people "Officers" but they do not have access to everything. Otherwise it will have to recreate the clan which is a bit annoying when you have almost 40 members

Stars clan on PVP 1 is in the same boat.

Any chance of getting a quick fix in on this and giving officers the ability to kick from clan and change MotD etc...
