Time to add Kill Shooter.

Just had a teammate ganked by his own side <country> in a town capture because some wanker guild decided they wanted to take the town all alone.   So they all shot him to keep him from getting their points and they took a dura from his best ship.

 

 

This is a perfect time for kill shooter to be placed in or if you put in more than some threshold into a freindly ship you lose all points and maybe even take the damage yourself

Make green on green damage mechanic bounce back onto the shooter. No more need for Green Green tribunal garbage
